These terms apply when you browse globalpiks.com, use the Global Piks app, or place an order with us. By placing an order you agree to them.

Returns and refunds are covered in our Refund & returns policy, and your data in our Privacy policy.

Every product we sell is bought by our team at official brand stores abroad and shipped in its original packaging.

Product photos are for reference. Packaging can change between batches, as the brand decides.

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.

If a price shown is clearly wrong, we'll tell you before confirming the order, and you can cancel for free.

After you place an order, our team confirms it with you on WhatsApp. An order is accepted once we confirm it.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock at the official store. If you've already paid, we refund you in full.

For a pre-order, we buy the product for you at the official store in Malaysia or China after you confirm.

We accept Cash on Delivery and bKash. We never ask for your bKash PIN or OTP — never share them with anyone.

We deliver anywhere in Bangladesh. Delivery times and charges are explained on our Shipping page. Please check your parcel in front of the delivery person.

Keep your sign-in details private. Let us know straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
